Reparation’s procedure
It is requested to attach to the shipment of goods the REPAIR FORM which can be downloaded here, completed in its entirety.
The shipment of the goods, even if under warranty, must be carried out in free port (transport costs paid by customer). Different procedures must be agreed with the Sales Office, or by telephone at +39 059 826627.
Estimates
Estimates are not made. If requested, they may have a cost, which will be charged if the repair is not carried out.
